Terms and Conditions

Program Overview
The Solar Chaperone Homeowners Referral Program (the “Program”) is offered by Solar Chaperone (referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to Homeowners and individuals referred by associates, friends, and family (referred to as “Participants,” “you,” or “your”). The Program provides an opportunity for Participants to earn rewards by referring clients to Solar Chaperone’s Solar Service.
Eligibility:
- Participation in the Program is open to all Homeowners and individuals referred by friends and family who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age.
- Participants are those who have been added to the buyer intake form used to submit quotes to Solar Chaperone via Solar Chaperone’s online portal.
Referral Reward Structure:
- Homeowners who refer themselves and proceed to sign a contract for Solar Chaperone’s Solar Service will earn a reward of up to $3,000. The exact amount of the reward is based on the pricing selection the homeowner chooses when submitting their purchase agreement.
- Individuals who refer a homeowner will receive a reward of $1,000 in marketing fees upon successful installation of a solar system by Solar Chaperone and its approved vendors. Payment to the referral party is commissioned once payment for solar services has been received in full, from the homeowner or homeowners finance company.
- Organizations who refer a homeowner will receive a reward of $1,500 in marketing fees if the referred homeowner proceeds to sign a contract for Solar Chaperone’s Solar Service and completes the installation and payment process.
- No referral fee is rendered if the homeowner has been previously referred by a third party or if Solar Chaperone via its own marketing efforts was responsible for the homeowners decision to submit a quote to Solar Chaperone.
Program Guidelines:
- Referrals must be new leads not previously engaged with Solar Chaperone within the last 12 months.
- Rewards for homeowners will be calculated based on pricing selected by the homeowner and will be communicated to the homeowner during the purchase process. Homeowner rewards payments are processed and paid out within three weeks of the successful installation of the solar system.
- Referrals must be submitted through Solar Chaperone’s official referral tracking system or process to be eligible for rewards.
- The referred client’s installation must be completed and payment received to qualify for rewards.
- Solar Chaperone reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and the validity of referrals.
- Solar Chaperone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
Confidentiality: Participants are expected to treat all information related to Solar Chaperone’s business operations, clients, and the Program as confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability:
- Solar Chaperone will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Program.
- Participants participate in the Program at their own risk. Solar Chaperone will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Program.
Governing Law: The Program and these Terms and Conditions are governed by both federal laws and the laws of the state of Arizona without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

Business Owner Referral Program Overview
The Solar Chaperone Business Owner Referral Program (the “BR-Program”) is offered by Solar Chaperone (referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to Home Improvement Business Owners and their Sales Representatives (referred to as “Participants,” “you,” or “your”). The Program provides an opportunity for Participants to earn rewards by referring clients to Solar Chaperone’s Solar Service.
Eligibility:
- Participation in the Program is open to all active Home Improvement Business Owners and their Sales Representatives who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age.
Referral Reward Structure:
- For each successful referral that leads to a signed contract for Solar Chaperone’s Solar Service, the referring Home Improvement Business Owner will earn a reward of $1500 to be shared with the Sales Representative responsible for the referral at the sole discretion of the referring Business Owner.
- Referrals must be submitted through Solar Chaperone’s website or associated applications to be eligible for rewards.
- The referral must result in a completed installation of Solar Chaperone’s Solar Service and payment received from the referred client to qualify for rewards.
Program Guidelines:
- Referrals must be new leads not previously engaged with Solar Chaperone within the last three months.
- Participants must adhere to ethical business practices and comply with all relevant laws and regulations in their interactions with potential clients.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to third parties.
- Rewards will be paid out within 30 days of the successful installation and payment received from the referred client.
- Solar Chaperone reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and the validity of referrals.
- Solar Chaperone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
